Caribbean Tuna Salad – Housemade Tuna Salad on greens with cucumber.

Teriyaki Tofu Salad – sliced tofu with carrots, red peppers and onions on a bed of greens served with a side of Lemon Soy Dressing.

At Inman

Tarragon Chicken Sandwich -housemade tarragon chicken salad on a bed of greens with tomato. on french bread.

Turkey BLT Sandwich – with homemade mayo, B, L, and T.

Homemade Hummus Sandwich – with fresh vegetables on french bread.

Cranberry Walnut Goat Cheese Salad – with a balsamic vinaigrette.

Curried Chicken Salad – on greens with tomato.

Lemon Soy Pasta Salad – Rotini, chopped veggies with a housemade lemon soy dressing on a bed of greens.

Quiche – We bake a rotating variety of fresh quiche.  Check out the chalkboard for today’s selection.

Soup – A rotating selection of home made soups offered year around.

Dip Plates – Great for a quick snack, we serve hummus with house made bagel chips and pita bread.
